Pay Per Click: Casting Seeds

A man, half a world away, is searching for a very specific item and isn't having much success. However, as he uses his favorite search engine he finds links to a similar product that he had never considered.

When he clicks on that advertising link the owner of the website he is transferred to must pay for his arrival. You see, in the world of Pay Per Click (PPC) an individual web user is the active decision maker in what the advertiser must pay in advertising.

To address this issue another way, an online business adopts an advertising budget for "Pay Per Click" advertising. This type of marketing allows your ad to be placed on potentially thousands of websites. While visitors may see your brief ad you only pay when someone actually clicks on the advertisement that directs them to your website.

Unlike mass marketing, PPC is an advertising mechanism that is very precise. When you pay for an advertisement using PPC it is because it actually brought a potential customer to your website.

The Burden of Proof

Once a customer comes to your website through pay per click advertising you either have a significant advantage or you inadvertently send the visitor off to find something new.

As a website owner you have the duty to provide a product or service, but also relevant information on your offerings. Any good businessman will tell you that the customer has to feel that there is a need for a product or they won't buy. It's your job to come to grips with their need.

Does your website provide information that describes the benefits as well as a product description?
Does your website provide a means of emotional response? Do you provide testimonials that encourage your potential customer to identify emotionally with someone who has actually benefited from your product?
Does your website plant a seed for a future purchase?

If you answered no to any of these questions you might need to retool a few web pages to encourage your guests to identify with the product on more than one level.

The Process of a Purchase

Most online customers will surf to a variety of online shops looking for a product. Decisions can be made on price points, reputation of retailer as well as other less tangible factors.

When they come to your site you need to find a way to cause them to remember both information and product. You may not land an immediate sale, but once Pay Per Click brings them to your site, make sure you are doing everything you can to convert a prospect into a customer.

i just realized why the LAKERS ARE CLEARLY THE BEST TEAM IN THE LEAGUE!!!click here for proof!!?
okay i was thinking about the teams with 4 GREAT players…started with the spurs..Tim Duncan, Ginobili, Tony Parker, Richard Jefferson..several years ago..that was unheard of, now…boston..2 years in a row 3 allstars..4 players..KG, Pierce, Ray, RONDO(only other team with 3, last year Orlando was until ray replaced jameer, which brings us to Orlando- Howard, Lewis, Nelson, VINCE..so out of those teams who has the better supporting cast…its obviously ORLANDO..followed by Boston, and lastly Spurs..and records show that im right…boston started 23-5..and missing only one either KG, or Pierce, whoever it may be..boston plays like an average, plain jane u 8th seed. and the spurs well they havent been healthy and it shows…now orlando…missed lewis what..9 games to start the season..and it didnt phase them…vince hardly shows up to play, and it hardly phases them…so back to business…teams with 4 greats..you come to the Lakers(after passing the cavaliers, who does have the best supporting cast..but just not enough stardom to support) you have kobe..Gasol(one of the greatest dynamic duos, there comined 100pts at MSG last year should prove that…future allstar BYNUM, past allstar and Definsive POY ron artest(who is a different animal in the playoffs)and Lamar Odom, who plays like an allstar on severl occasions…not to mention their supporting cast is pretty good(only problem is it only goes as far as Shannon Brown, Fisher, and Farmar..cant really say anyone else does much..but when Shannon brown goes for 27-10 with kobe out…fisher hit the 2 biggest shots of his career(that are bigger than any shot of 98percent of players in the league) an farmar can put up 20 on any given night…its tough to say there is a better squad…i will say the cavs have put together a pretty impressive squad..Lebron(no info needed), Mo(can shoot with the best of em), Jamison(after 0-12 shooting, he is def making his mark scoring 20 a game),Shaq(retired all-star..come on laugh thats funny)BIG Z(cavs pulled some BS getting him back) delonte can play, anthony parker is better than expected defense and hitting 3s. jamario moon dominated the lakers in one game this season…all im saying is cavs have regular season studs, but when the game matters most, they have nothing to do..lebron has a tendancy to pass up his responsibilities to players who can’t handle the pressure and who prob have already turned into a fan watching waiting for lebron to hit the game winning shot and POOF reality, 2 seconds on the clock and the balls flying at me!!! unfortunately..the playoffs are like 4th quarter the whole game..i just don’t think the cavs can handle the elites in the playoffs…just like last year…they tore through round 1 and 2 8-0, hit first real competition and couldnt handle it…and sad thing is that there coaching staff saw exactly what i did…how many teams…13 game winstreak..best record in the league…are going to go made trades??look what it did…they lost 3 games in a row..and had they not pulled that BS to get Big Z back they’d def be screwed…instead of having confidence saying we have the best record, were the hottest team in the league, they said..oh crap we did this last year and made it nowhere, lets go feed off gilbert arenas stupidity…and one last point…Kobe misses 5 games…go 4-1..losing one close game to the celtics…take lebron out…there goin 1-4…its just so clear that the lakers have the perfect playoff team…remember..regular season means NOTHING in the playoffs…orlando swept lakers last year…cavs swept lakers this year…lakers swept houston last year and they were there TOUGHEST MATCHUP in the whole playoffs…anyways…hope you enjoyed this….its the truth..truth hurts…LAKERS BACK TO BACK

personal i get what your saying but i dont think the east is as good as the west i mean outside of boston orlando and cleveland its not very good. but the cavs have a deep team i mean hickson jamison varejou shaq (had) big z then at guard gibson williams west and parker. also i think they could suprise you i think they could win games with out lebron maybe even be a playoff team because the east is so weak. but i do agree people get too excited about regular season wins. the only fans that should get excited about wins are fans whos teams are trying to make the playoffs and teams trying to seal playoff spots… and the nets cause its so rare. playoffs are the most important and thats when the real stars shine.

Wow. Let me introduce you to paragraphs. They break up your wall of words and make it easier for readers to assimilate..

    Like this.

Anyway, you’re wrong. The accomplishments of your players don’t matter, it’s how well they’re playing when the playoffs come.. The Spurs have a ton of rings and experience, but they’re not playing very well. The Lakers also have some great players, but they’re not playing very well. Kobe is breaking down, Artest isn’t what he once was, and the rest of their starters don’t have the nads to be able to carry a team when Kobe comes up short.

The Lakers are .500 against the elite teams in the NBA. They got swept by the Cavs and Mavs, Denver still leads them 2-1 Do you think LA wants to play Dallas or Denver in the playoffs? Heck no! The Lakers are running scared.

Honestly, I think the title will either go to the Lakers, the Cavaliers, or MAYBE the Nuggets(but I think Lakers will win Western semi-finals).
But, you are forgetting something; the Cavaliers are definitely not the same team as last year. The roster has changed A LOT. Shaquille O’Neal was acquired, and he always plays better in the playoffs. He can also handle Dwight Howard, which is a main reason why the Cavs lost to Orlando last year(and Turkoglu, who is gone). JJ Hickson has improved A LOT from last season, and played a great game against the Lakers. Antawn Jamison is slowly coming to life and lifting off some of the scoring pressure off of Lebron. Also, Jamario Moon and Anthony Parker showed that they can play some good basketball too.

Even though the Cavaliers don’t have as much experience, they are extremely desperate to win it all. The whole reason for the Jamison trade was to get another All-Star with playoff experience in there to help Lebron.
and how do you know the Cavaliers will go 1-4 without Lebron? The team is actually pretty deep, and even without him, they can pull out a few more wins then that. -.- Just because they don’t have as impressive numbers doesn’t mean anything. If Lebron was out, players would get more touches, and I’m sure they could produce something from that. People are idiots who say Lebron doesn’t have a good supporting cast this year; in previous years, he hasn’t, but I gotta say this is the strongest year.

I guess we’ll have to wait and see.

Suggestion: Break up your paragraphs! It is extremely hard to read when there’s a mile long block of text.
